The Grand Plan
The more you delve into the Epstein Files the more sinister the discoveries. As an introduction to this section, I will outline that Epstein had a powerful private internet communications at Zorro Ranch. This involved the construction of a massive private microwave radio communications structure, described by the contractor as very expensive and of military/industrial size and quality. Moreover, there are claims that Epstein had an interest in creating a data center on his properties and the files show the infrastructure being discussed operationally. This leaves many wondering about the extent to which Epstein was plugged into the networks of various governments/Deep State. The contractor who built his encrypted link to orbit is American, headquartered in Georgia, and now holds a Missile Defense Agency contract. The satellite uplink was authorized by an American FCC license. The project was managed out of a New York office. The man who recruited Epstein as a child served in the American OSS, and his own son was in charge of the federal justice department when Epstein died (or didn’t?) in its custody. The man whose ranch provided the ideal relay point was OSS, built American missile guidance systems and military drones. And just up the road, another former OSS guy, Karl Ingwer, sold his New Mexico ranch to the strangest duo of all time: Donald Rumsfeld and Dan Rather.
Intelligence operations of this type — long-running, multigenerational, protected across multiple administrations by the children of the men who built them — do not belong to one agency or one country. They belong to the network. The network has Israeli components and American components and private-sector components, all of them running simultaneously, all of them providing institutional protection to each other because exposure of any one thread risks unraveling the rest. And in its middle and later years, the same network had Soviet/Russian components.
Jeffrey Epstein was not a financier who stumbled into intelligence work. He was an asset identified in childhood by an OSS veteran, cultivated through elite institutional access, funded through the Mega Group (private capital in the United States in support of Israel), equipped with Israeli surveillance infrastructure, given American defense-contractor communications architecture, embedded between a CIA-lineage defense titan’s ranch on a ranch sold to him by the then sitting governor of New Mexico, and protected unto death by the son of the man who first found him.

The other strange situation to point out is that in 2018, Epstein tried to turn Zorro Ranch into a legal municipality. Maybe this can be compared to the following places: Disney World (Florida), which is basically it's own country making their own laws and running a municipal government; The City of London that does not abide by the standard banking rules and where the Queen Elizabeth (now dead) and presumably now King Charles of the United Kingdom have to ask permission to visit; The Vatican that abides by it's own rules in Italy. The article below outlines why this was not going to happen, but it highlights the fact that Epstein thought he was in another category (maybe of villain) and so tried made a serious effort to evade any kind of scrutiny.

So Epstein organises a major conference on pandemics that took place in 2015 with the cooperation of the Rothschilds and other major institutions, but there has been zero media scrutiny that this event took place. Moreover after running my COVID P[L]andemic Blog since August 2021, but collecting information since January 2020, I am amazed that the existence of this conference was only revealed due to the release of 3 million Epstein Files documents.

The following analysis from @Grok explains the existence of DARPA and informs us that indeed DARPA were involved in the early development of mRNA vaccines. This is followed by the evidence of Epstein pushing his agenda at DARPA using his top scientist friends. Even talking about bioweapons.... Basically, is this how things works? The following is a summary of evidence that Jeffrey Epstein was very much into occult practices and rituals based on evidence found on his properties. His mentor Les Wexner is cited because it could be the case that some kind of occult title/position was handed over to Epstein and this was accompanied with a lot of money and property. Next we cite examples of where Epstein sought to infiltrate various different sectors of the Cultic Milieu. It seems that others on the darkside sought to give him some kind of legitimancy despite his conviction and even tried to help him with his PR. Every time, the investigation was shut down the moment it reached the people at the top. And every time, the public got the same story; a lone bad actor with a few accomplices.

However, it is cleverly compared to other historical characters that reveal the exact same methodology. Simply, the aim was to attract a certain calibre of demon that will help the elite maintain their power. Based on certain Epstein File emails, I think Epstein was being used as an oracle and that many believed that he had attracted a "Greater Demon". Based on Epstein's willingness to sacrifice children, I think Epstein considered himself to be a top occultist.

A researcher noted that the so-called tennis court was "far far away from any residential structures, of structures of any kind. There was zero shade, no place to take a break, no likely source of electricity or water. It was odd." In 2019, when a drone was flown over the island, then the true significance was revealed. The tennis court found on Google Earth was discovered by drone to be an earthenware berm. The conclusion was that this was a place for human sacrifice and very similar to a place on Oahu, Pu'u O Mahuka Heiau (Temple, religious and ceremonial site). The Rusty Shackleford YouTube channel of Epstein Island drone footage was deleted, but archived on smaller video sharing websites. However, this was not the end of the fake tennis court saga. Other researchers used Google Earth's history tool and found images between 2002 - 2020. Google Earth history revealed evidence of mass graves on Epstein Island. In 2006 after his arrest, Epstein covered up the existence of mass graves with the earthenware berm/tennis court and in 2019 when he was arrested again, it was turned into a temporary car park.... From the emails alone, it is unclear whether Epstein and the Dalai Lama ever met in person. However, Michael Wolff, journalist and Epstein associate, stated multiple times that he personally saw him at Epstein’s Manhattan residence.
Wolff told The Daily Beast Podcast that Epstein’s gigantic apartment was “filled with people you might want to meet, from Bill Gates, to Peter Thiel, to Larry Summers, Ehud Barak, Steve Bannon, Noam Chomsky, the Dalai Lama.” Host Joanna Coles interrupted Wolff, asking, “You met the Dalai Lama?” “Yeah, the list goes on, the list is extraordinary,” he replied. So, despite getting a private audience wth the Pope being very difficult, somehow Epstein and Maxwell managed to pull the right strings. The Daily Mail article adds: 'He managed to manipulate his way into royal palaces, the White House and the Vatican, all with Maxwell by his side.' The only conclusion that we can make is that these two were extremely high up in the Cabal hierarchy.
So, it is very likely that Epstein used this photo to impress anyone who came to his home. I also believe that Epstein was a stone cold liar. His interior designer wrote in an email: "He wants me to finish each column different, as when he was living with Pope John Paul the Second in Vatican, he looked at variety of different columns captured in wars. He told me that every Pope demanded to have a column from every concurred country, so there is a collection of different columns in Vatican." Surely Epstein had serious delusions of grandeur! Kiswah is the black cloth covering the Kaaba. The fabric is changed every year on the 9th of Dhul hajj. The removed Kiswah would be cut into small pieces and gifted to the Muslim delegates and diplomats around the world.
