The News of The Imbalance blog is an attempt to provide pertinent information concerning the new phenomena of space weather driving massive evolutionary change. In 2006, I self-published the book Tuning the Diamonds: Electromagnetism & Spiritual Evolution (2006, 2008, 2010, 2012 ), because I believed that Modern Mayan Elders were trying to point out that the citizens of planet Earth were entering a New World Age dominated by aether or space. The basic premise of my book was that the dramatic increase and impact of Space Weather was predicted.

"Reports of UAP (popularly known as "UFOs") are usually described as coloured lights and sometimes shapes. They are typically spherical, disc, torroidal or cigar shaped. Very occasionally they are reported with sound and even with smell. Reports occur because they comprise unfamiliar and unexpected lights, shapes and patterns, in the context in which the observer sees them. The phenomena occur on a daily, worldwide basis. […]

A moon dog or moondog (scientific name paraselene, plural paraselenae, i.e. "beside the moon") is a relatively rare bright circular spot on a lunar halo caused by the refraction of moonlight by hexagonal-plate-shaped ice crystals in cirrus or cirrostratus clouds. Moondogs appear to the left and right of the moon 22° or more distant. They are exactly analogous to sun dogs, but are rarer because to be produced the moon must be bright and therefore full or nearly full. Moondogs show little color to the unaided eye because their light is not bright enough to activate the cone cells of humans' eyes.

• Cars vs. cosmic rays

  Two years ago, Intel senior scientist Eric Hannah said it was just a matter of time before the cosmic-ray problem started affecting cars. "It's strange, but this is the reality we're moving into as we get smaller and smaller circuits," he told the BBC.

  Unintended acceleration in Toyota Motor Corp. vehicles was rooted in mechanical flaws rather than electronic defects, a U.S. investigation found.
  
  NASA and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Tuesday that a 10-month probe of defects that led to recalls of more than 8 million vehicles worldwide found no electronic causes. Safety advocates and some lawmakers had pointed to electrical faults as a reason for the reports about the world's largest automaker. [...]
  
  "What most likely happened was pedal misapplication," he said. "The driver stepped on the gas rather than the brake or in addition to the brake."
  
  So.... Toyota still thinks that drivers don't know the difference between the brake and the accelerator pedal.... Unless NASA used a particle accelerator like those at CERN, then it is difficult to know what they could have done to replicate high speed sub-atomic particles from cosmic ray showers hitting car electronics at ground level.
  

IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 18/2100Z to 19/2100Z:

The geomagnetic field ranged from quiet to unsettled levels. A coronal hole high speed stream became geoeffective during the past 24 hours. At approximately 18/08Z, solar wind speed at the ACE spacecraft began increasing from about 400 km/s to 580 km/s. Shortly after, the Bz component of the interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) became negative, eventually reaching -12nT. Bz returned to positive values around 14Z. Earth is currently in the positive sector of the IMF. IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be at mostly unsettled levels with a chance for active conditions on day 1 (20 August), decreasing to a slight chance on days 2-3 (21-22 August). The disturbed conditions are expected in response to the continued presence of the coronal hole high speed stream.

Immediate recommended actions put forth by the NRC include completion of projects in the current program of NASA and the National Science Foundation, to allow "augmentation" of NASA and NSF enabling programs for "acceleration and expansion" of NASA's Heliophysics Explorer Program.

'Augmentation': to amplify, accelerate, expand, heighten, intensify, reinforce, and strengthen.

'Heliophysics': The scientific study of the Sun-Earth connection. This includes the study of Earth's magnetic field, the Earth's core - outer core - mantle - and plate tectonics. This also includes (and perhaps is directed toward) the Earth's magnetic field decrease, magnetic field excursions and final reversal, charged particle radiation which encompasses cosmic rays, gamma rays, solar flares, coronal mass ejections, and coronal hole filament.

  Comment: Well, what does that sound like to you? It seems that our astrobiologists are slowly creeping towards something a little bit more realistic about what we should expect to see in the Universe. But at the same time, it has dawned on me why astrobiologists emphasised "super-intelligent life" as machines. This is their explanation for the 'saucers', because for a long time, there was a great emphasis on this particular type of sighting and the elite and those in the know were indeed getting a reasonable explanation of what has been seen on this planet... So this makes me think about how these academics can stand up and tell us their truth and people (me included) just don't understand the connotations at all... I am amazed... officially gobsmacked...   Update 2: Some researchers say that the elite have a 'code of ethics' if that is the right expression, where they have to leave certain sensitive information in plain sight. They can confidently do this because most people are too uneducated and/or too brainwashed to see exactly what is infront of them. Still, I simply cannot believe that I missed the connection between the saucers. "Now, in the New Energy, car manufacturers have to allow for stray cosmic rays, specifically neutrons from space, interfering with car electronics. As one media report explained, “Neutron-induced firm errors have progressed from being a nuisance to being a significant problem” [44]. With the poor state of Earth’s magnetosphere, it has become apparent that Earth’s atmosphere cannot provide adequate shielding from high energy cosmic rays which are suspected as being the primary of interference in car electronics. Therefore, the Theory of Punctuated Equilibrium, by Niles Eldredge and Stephen Jay Gould, first proposed in 1972, must be considered as a major advancement in scientific reasoning [92]. Instead of slow continuous evolution proposed by Charles Darwin, the study of fossil organisms found evidence of geological layers with long intervals in which nothing changed (“equilibrium”), “punctuated” by short, revolutionary transitions, in which species became extinct and were replaced by new forms.

This was first revealed in 1988, by the internationally recognized geneticist John Cairns who wrote the paper, “The Origin of Mutants” that was published in the prestigious British journal Nature. Since, this research was a serious challenge to prevailing beliefs of random mutations espoused by Darwin followers, it was immediately condemned as complete heresy. Of course, after 10 years of replication, scientists were forced to admit that an alternative mechanism for evolution existed.

• Groundbreaking NASA Mission Studies Space Weather

  On Aug. 23, NASA is launching the second mission in its "Living With a Star" program, which aims to improve our understanding of the sun, and how it affects us humans in space and on Earth.
  
  The upcoming launch will focus on space weather. David Sibeck, a mission scientist at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md., defines space weather as "the set of effects that happen in space that can affect humans and their technology in space."
  
  It's different from Earth weather, he says, though "we use the same kind of terminology. We have storms in space, but they're caused by disturbances coming out from the sun. Big blobs of charged plasma that can envelop spacecraft and cause short circuits and other effects in those spacecraft."
  
  Now, this "charged plasma" Sibeck talks about dominates interplanetary space. In fact, 99 percent of the universe is made up of this electrified gas. And immediately surrounding our planet, we have two giant rings of highly-radioactive plasma. They're called the Van Allen Radiation Belts, named for the late space scientist, James Van Allen.
  
  Comment: This article is just highlighting the most recent and important space weather studies that scientists are anticipating will provide some answers to what is going on around Earth. New studies are required because the increasing ferocity of space weather is causing concern for the long term feasibility of the world's radio and satellite communications systems that are a vital part of our modern technological world. Plus three years ago :: I didn’t find out about the death of Colleen Conaway until it was too late to stop the deaths of James Shore … Liz Neuman … and Kirby Brown. It hurts to think about how different things might have been if I’d have noticed sooner … if I’d have seen Jason Moffatt’s friend Greg Hartle’s tweet about the end of Colleen … or if someone would have whispered to me about Death Ray’s silencing of Andy Grant’s attempt to talk about his trauma at watching Colleen die while himself struggling with the demon of suicide.   "Cosmic ray induced computer crashes have occurred and are expected to increase with frequency as devices (for example, transistors) decrease in size in chips. This problem is projected to become a major limiter of computer reliability in the next decade. "

  Hmmm.... So in 2004, when the patent for building cosmic ray detectors into every chip was filed, Intel must have known for quite some time that cosmic rays were a problem and the situation was expected to get far worse. Well, we do know that NASA was monitoring the flagging solar wind in the mid 1990s (and maybe long before that) and so 'those in the know' were informed early as to which way the wind was blowing... Well, even though the general public have been informed, the lack of education means the news means nothing to the majority despite the seriousness of the implications.
  
  
• Intel plans to tackle cosmic ray threat

  Computer processor manufacturer Intel have revealed details of a patent for protecting future generations of computers from the growing threat of cosmic rays. The company has designed an on-chip cosmic ray detector to try to cope with the particles, which originate in space before sporadically entering the Earth's atmosphere and going through everything they encounter.
  
  Because the operation of computers is through charged particles, the unpredictable hits from the rays are problematic, potentially causing the system to crash. The risk from cosmic rays may not be thought of as a big problem on a single computer with a single chip, as there is the potential for error only perhaps every several years. [...]
  
  But Mr Hannah explained that on a supercomputer with 10,000 chips, there was the potential for 10 or 20 faults a week. And the risk of cosmic ray interference will only increase as chips get smaller. This is because circuits will require less charge per switch to operate. [...]
  
  And this is potentially a problem not just for PCs and supercomputers, but anything with computer-operated parts - for example cars. "You could be going down the autobahn at 200 miles an hour and suddenly discover your anti-lock braking system doesn't work because it had a cosmic ray event," Mr Hannah said.
  
  "It's strange, but this is the reality we're moving into as we get smaller and smaller circuits."
  
  Comment: If you look around there is a lot of useful information on the internet, discussing which computer hardware suppliers took cosmic ray induced errors seriously. As an aside, some Toyota car owners found out the hard way that car electronics are vulnerable to cosmic rays. But, even after hundreds of accidents and some deaths, a Toyota representative claimed that drivers did not know the difference between the brake and the accelerator, see archives for more info.... I wrote about this scenario in my book Tuning the Diamonds as car electronics manufacturers, were complaining that users want reliability to the standard of a military tank but don't want to pay for the quality components needed.... Well, our cheap electronics are being fried by cosmic rays but it seems that there has been expectation that things were going to get far worse and it is now happening. Meanwhile, there is still little interest in how bioelectromagnetic humans are supposed to cope in this cosmic deluge and after my experiences in the metaphysical community, you will need to be switched on to be able to come through the trauma of dealing with the unsavoury characters you will have to deal with to find out some truth.

ELECTRIC-BLUE CLOUDS: A bank of electric-blue noctiluent clouds swept across Iceland on August 2nd, producing a vivid display of luminous ripples and tendrils over Reykjavik:

Until ten years ago, most astronomers did not believe stardust could enter our Solar System. Then ESA's Ulysses spaceprobe discovered minute stardust particles leaking through the Sun's magnetic shield, into the realm of Earth and the other planets. Now, the same spaceprobe has shown that a flood of dusty particles is heading our way. Since its launch in 1990, Ulysses has constantly monitored how much stardust enters the Solar System from the interstellar space around it. Using an on-board instrument called DUST, scientists have discovered that stardust can actually approach the Earth and other planets, but its flow is governed by the Sun's magnetic field, which behaves as a powerful gate-keeper bouncing most of it back. However, during solar maximum - a phase of intense activity inside the Sun that marks the end of each 11-year solar cycle - the magnetic field becomes disordered as its polarity reverses. As a result, the Sun's shielding power weakens and more stardust can sneak in.

What is surprising in this new Ulysses discovery is that the amount of stardust has continued to increase even after the solar activity calmed down and the magnetic field resumed its ordered shape in 2001.

Scientists believe that this is due to the way in which the polarity changed during solar maximum. Instead of reversing completely, flipping north to south, the Sun's magnetic poles have only rotated at halfway and are now more or less lying sideways along the Sun's equator. This weaker configuration of the magnetic shield is letting in two to three times more stardust than at the end of the 1990s. Moreover, this influx could increase by as much as ten times until the end of the current solar cycle in 2012.

5. Space weather can also disrupt pipelines and railway signals

It can cause problems such as corrosion on pipelines and incorrect signal settings on railways. Again, there are means to mitigate these effects, but they usually require keeping back-up systems, which adds to operational costs.

[...] Looking to the future, emerging train control technologies, such as the European Train Control System,61 rely on communications links based on mobile phone technology and are therefore potentially vulnerable to interference from solar radio bursts. These links enable trains to report their speed and position to control centres and for those centres to transmit movement authorities to trains. Interference from radio bursts could break those control links and bring railway movement to a halt. This would severely disrupt railway schedules. Currently, these new control technologies are largely deployed as trials on selected lines, and most train routes still use physical signalling systems. We would therefore expect limited impact in the coming solar maximum of 2012 to 2015, but these control systems are likely to be more widespread by the following solar maximum (around 2024), so the risk could be higher. A failure of the mind... is a failure of the culture...intellect of the culture... what people believe today, what they believe about entertainment, what they believe about music, what they believe about everything is destructive... We have to turn the tide, we have to actually make people aware of the unity of what the human mind does and not accept this particle reductionist conception that is taught in universities.... I have dealt with some of the leading physicists in the United States... known figures... and what I have seen in terms of the degeneration of the scientific class, so-called since that time... when I have seen the political impact and political degeneration... most scientists today are gutless wonders... they have a science education so-called, with great defects in it... so, we have got to the point where we don't have a population which is capable of providing the kind of leadership that is needed... we have to understand that we have to train the whole mind of a person, not train them in certain subjects... where they are trying to perform on signal... there has been an attack on the holistic mind...

...this is what the destruction of the human potential is... people become stupid because they accept what they are taught and that is what makes them stupid and that is why the British empire is able to control as much as it controls, it's influence is to influence education, to influence culture... and all they have to do is corrupt people.... and that makes them stupid... their pleasure is the vehicle to make them stupid... popular culture is all designed to make them stupid... And my testimony is that they succeed most of the time... people are more stupid today than they were during World War II.... all they had to do was to get them to accept this taboo, this taboo, this taboo and it worked... Well, if you say you won't get ahead in life, you must say this or you won't get ahead in life, oh you want a career? Believe this! If you don't believe it then pretend you believe it and don't let anyone suspect that you don't believe it!... The worse enemy of humanity is stupidity, especially educated stupidity, because that becomes a code... it's the official policy and people are trained to become animals....

This is the launching of the British going from having an empire, to idea of the British having a world empire, an empire of the British through the mind... and what we are running into here with these conceptions... are conceptions that defy the popular belief of what the human mind really is...that is why we sitting here with our friends with our associates in various parts of the world are able to do things and think things that you would think that the general academic community would be more suited to do...

What is most surprising to astronomers is that the ring performed this disappearance in a way contrary to any expectations. If dust clouds are to go missing from observations, they should do so in an orderly fashion.

  The government said it has engaged with numerous experts to quantify the risks from space weather.
  
  "Government departments, under Cabinet Office lead, have been consulting extensively with space weather scientists and engineers, industry, private sector asset owners and regulators, to assess the specific consequences of a severe space weather event," it said.
  
  The government has also established a National Space Security Policy team, which will report later this year on the risks associated with space weathe

But occasionally large solar storms create an increase in radio noise, which could reduce the sensitivity of base stations. They also disrupt the ionosphere, which upsets the availability and accuracy of GPS (which helpfully is not much used in UK mobile systems, but there are exceptions).
  
  We are assisting on a committee of the Royal Academy of Engineering which is considering these issues and will issue a report to provide advice to government and other bodies on these issues.   It looks like there is a new report coming out from the Royal Academy of Engineering [UK] on the engineering and societal impacts of space weather. Good! These are the people I want to see get moving on this issue...

Cosmic Energies and Their Effect on the Planet Earth

At present the solar system has moved into great streams of Cosmic Energy in space. Some of these energies, striking through the surface of the earth, have the effect of melting substances and they do become molten, although ordinarily they may be in a solid state. [...]

We must explain a little more clearly how these cosmic radiations affect the planet. You have a good example in a recent discovery in science which will somewhat explain the action of these radiations. The laser beam will instantly make steel molten when it strikes it. The beam can travel through space or the atmosphere without appearing hot, but when it strikes steel for example it will burn a hole in it instantly. This beam can also be directed for certain kinds of surgery to do a specific job.

These cosmic radiations of energy are of many different types. Some affect only certain minerals or solid substances and not others. At this time, the solar system is moving through a new area in space where great cosmic streams are and tides affect the sun and all the planets, first of all, on the physical level. This has happened before in the time of Atlantis approximately 25,000 years ago. These changes come in cycles of about 24,000 years. It is a cosmic spiral and cycle difficult for man to identify because he has not been able to span in his awareness such vast reaches of time. Much that is now considered to be authentic geology is not correct. However, it the best man can achieve by applying reasoning to what he is able to observe.

These radiations will raise the frequency of the planet and affect consciousness. The actual substance, physical, astral and mental, is even at the present moment being raised.

  "Ok, it was a meteor... so why is there a vapor trail visible on radar and by naked eye off exmouth?... and been there for nearly 24 hours? Also is still visible on bom.gov.au 512km radar? No vapor trail remains stationary for 24hrs.."
